Blue Karma Village is looking for a passionate and dedicated Japanese Cook to join our culinary team in Umalas.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Japanese Cook or in a similar culinary role is preferred
• Good knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation standards
• Passion for creating high-quality dishes with attention to detail
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining food quality and hygiene standards
• Willing to learn and grow within a professional hospitality environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Japanese dishes according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Monitor ingredient quality and report inventory requirements when necessary
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Support the development of new menu items while maintaining high culinary standards
