Gorgonzola Restaurant is looking for passionate and dedicated Cook & Pizza Maker to join our culinary team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong basic culinary and kitchen skills
• Passionate about the food industry with a strong willingness to learn
• Must be based in Bali and available to join immediately

Responsibilities – Cook:

• Prepare and assemble ingredients according to menu requirements
• Ensure food portions and presentation meet company standards
• Monitor kitchen supplies and assist with stock replenishment when necessary
• Ensure cooking utensils and equipment are clean before use
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Responsibilities – Pizza Maker:

• Prepare pizza dough and store it properly according to standards
• Prepare pizza toppings while ensuring the quality and freshness of all ingredients
• Stretch pizza dough and cook pizzas using a wood-fired oven
• Monitor the baking process carefully to achieve consistent, high-quality results
• Monitor ingredient supplies and assist with stock replenishment when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station and kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
