Brie Restaurant & Cheesery is looking for a passionate and experienced Cook (Hot Kitchen / Cold Kitchen) to join our team in Gianyar, Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Experience in preparing Western cuisine
• Conversational English skills
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Available to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook hot and cold dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion control
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Monitor ingredient quality and report stock requirements when necessary
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist in maintaining efficient kitchen workflow and supporting overall service quality
