Galaxy Sport Bar Seminyak is looking for a Cook (Daily Worker) to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainee or in a similar kitchen position
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills with a positive team-oriented attitude
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Previous experience as a Daily Worker is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet operational standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and inventory management
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support the Head Chef and perform other kitchen duties as assigned
