Tanada Resort Ubud is looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and help drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives and strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Mature, honest, and highly responsible
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
• Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated
• Familiar with OTA platforms, corporate markets, and hospitality sales strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to be based in Ubud, Bali
• Available to join in Q3 2026

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the resort’s market presence
• Manage OTA platforms and optimize sales performance across distribution channels
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with the management team to improve business performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
