Cactus Beach Club & Restaurant is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Kitchen to join our vibrant culinary team in the beautiful island of Nusa Penida.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a Senior Kitchen or similar culinary position
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation standards
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Prepare and oversee food production according to company standards
• Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Support and guide junior kitchen staff during daily operations
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Monitor inventory and assist in controlling kitchen supplies and food costs
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests
