Santanera Bali is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Cook Pastry & Bakery to join our culinary team and deliver high-quality pastry and bakery products.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 – 2 year of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel.
• Proven skill and knowledge relevant to the role.
• Available to join immediately.
• Good communication in English.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce pastries, desserts, bread, and bakery products according to company standards
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all products
• Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper stock usage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry and bakery section
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Assist in developing new pastry and bakery items when required
• Support smooth kitchen operations and collaborate with the culinary team
