Santanera Bali is looking for a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position at a restaurant or hotel
• Proven skills and knowledge relevant to the role
• Good communication skills
• Trustworthy and a strong team player
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards
• Manage hot and cold kitchen section duties effectively
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are maintained
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations and kitchen equipment
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Assist with stock control and proper storage of ingredients
