The Mahata Legian is looking for a motivated and experienced Cook (Daily Worker) to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about cooking, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in food quality and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen or similar position
• Good understanding of food preparation, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Creative and passionate about food presentation
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to kitchen standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation consistency
• Support kitchen team during busy service hours
• Follow food safety and operational procedures
• Assist in basic kitchen preparation and mise en place
