Our café will focus on Western-style breakfast, brunch and lunch, and we are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar café environment and enjoys being part of a positive, team focused kitchen, Bar & floor area.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a café, restaurant or hotel
• with a knowledge of Basic Pastry and Bakery is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Western breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes
• Experience working in a Western-style café kitchen
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Able to work efficiently in a busy café environment
• Strong attention to the product quality and presentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Basic English communication preferred

Working hours

• Six Days
• Daytime shifts only
• No night shifts
• Must be available to work across a flexible roster when required
