We are looking for a Server staff for a new wellness center in seminyak.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK majoring in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or F&B Service, with at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star hotel.
• For fresh graduates, preferably those who have completed OJT or DW (Daily Worker) in a 5-star hotel for at least 6 months.
• Well-groomed, friendly, communicative, and possessing a service-minded attitude.
• Able to communicate in basic English (conversation with guests).
• Physically healthy, able to work under a shift system and with high mobility.
• Understands food and beverage menus, ingredients, and can confidently answer guest inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Master the service procedures (Sisdur) in the restaurant (à la carte, buffet, set menu) and room service; take and input orders into VHP, and serve food and beverages according to standards.
• Prepare table settings in the restaurant and tray/trolley for room service neatly and completely; maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and ensure food and beverages are served safely.
• Welcome guests in a friendly, polite, and professional manner; be quick to respond (fast respond) to guest requests, serving food and drinks promptly (fast delivery), within 10 minutes for dine-in and 20 minutes for room service.
• Work effectively in team coordination to ensure smooth service operations; possess strong menu knowledge, including key ingredients, recommendations, and food-beverage pairing.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling naturally to achieve sales targets by recommending signature dishes, promotions, and menu packages according to guest preferences.
