Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and supplies according to operational requirements
• Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with departments regarding purchasing requests and inventory needs
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of supplies
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation for accuracy
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain organized purchasing records and assist in preparing purchasing reports
