The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
• Good command of English with excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team during operational hours
• Ensure excellent guest service by handling requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with service standards and SOPs
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain smooth service flow
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and daily briefings when required
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming dining environment at all times
