The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in Uluwatu.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong leadership skills
- Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations within the assigned section
- Prepare and present dishes according to company recipes and quality standards
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff during daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with kitchen procedures
- Monitor stock levels and report ingredient requirements when necessary
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
