Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
- Good command of English with excellent customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional dining service while ensuring a memorable guest experience
- Lead and support the service team during daily operations
- Welcome guests, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations
- Ensure food and beverages are served promptly and according to company standards
- Assist in supervising and training junior service staff to maintain high service quality
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with restaurant service standards
