Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
- Good command of English with excellent customer service skills
- Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them efficiently
- Explain menu items and provide recommendations when needed
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely and accurate service
- Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and follow restaurant service standards at all times
