The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for a Bartender to join our team in Uluwatu.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position
- Strong leadership skills
- Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
- Experienced in bartending with good barista skills
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
- Create high-quality coffee, cocktails, and other specialty drinks consistently
- Deliver friendly and professional service while engaging with guests
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area at all times
- Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock control and replenishment
- Ensure compliance with food safety, beverage quality, and operational procedures
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily bar operations and an excellent guest experience
