The Mango Tree Uluwatu is looking for an Admin to join our team in Uluwatu.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar position
- Open-minded, proactive, innovative, and a team player
- Basic knowledge of purchasing and accounting
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with purchasing processes, including preparing purchase requests and coordinating with suppliers
- Support basic accounting activities, such as organizing invoices, receipts, and financial documents
- Prepare reports, update operational data, and maintain filing systems
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage office supplies and assist with general office administration
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management
