Nirjhara is looking for a Reservation (Daily Worker) – Maternity Leave Replacement to join our team in Tabanan.

Qualifications:

• Minimum internship experience in Reservations or Sales within the hospitality industry
• Familiar with hotel reservation systems (PMS / Booking Systems)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Available to commit to a 3-month contract

Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations and respond to guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online booking channels
• Process new bookings, amendments, and cancellations accurately using the hotel’s reservation system
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the PMS
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
• Provide guests with information regarding room availability, rates, and hotel services
• Monitor booking channels and ensure reservation details are entered correctly
• Deliver excellent customer service while maximizing room occupancy and revenue opportunities
