Aradhana Villas Canggu is looking for an Engineering Staff to join our team in Canggu / Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Engaging, positive, and fun attitude
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Eager to learn and grow together with the team

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair of villa facilities and equipment
• Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and mechanical issues
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are functioning properly
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and operational teams
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the engineering workspace and tools
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow safety procedures and assist in preventive maintenance programs
