VOUK Hotel & Suites Bali is looking for a Front Desk Agent (Male – Daily Worker) to join our team in Nusa Dua.

Qualifications:

• Honest and willing to work with integrity
• Good attitude and pleasant personality
• Open to Indonesian nationals only
• Associate or Diploma degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Front Office operations
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Open-minded, well-organized, and results-oriented
• Dynamic, inspiring, and innovative
• Willing to be placed in Bali
• Familiar with Power Pro Hotel System
• Able to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and Front Office operations efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Maintain accurate guest records and administrative documentation
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Operate the hotel management system and process guest transactions accurately
• Handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining the hotel’s service standards
