Latteria Gelato is looking for a Scooper to join our team!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related position
- Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve gelato according to company standards
- Welcome and assist customers with friendly and professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gelato display, equipment, and work area
- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Refill products and ensure the display is always attractive and well-stocked
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times
- Support daily outlet operations and work closely with the team to provide an outstanding customer experience
