PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk is looking for an Accounting Supervisor to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor or in an equivalent position
• Preferably has working experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
• Experienced in preparing financial statements, budgeting, and supporting external audits
• Proficient in Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports in a timely manner
• Coordinate budgeting processes and monitor budget realization
• Support internal and external audit activities by preparing the required financial documentation
• Review account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to achieve operational excellence
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and strengthen internal controls
