Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Experience in E-commerce is an advantage
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Good attitude and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update online sales channels and e-commerce platforms
• Assist in maintaining product listings, pricing, and promotional content
• Monitor online bookings, inquiries, and customer requests
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate product and service information
• Prepare reports and support daily administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations
• Monitor platform performance and assist in improving online sales activities
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized digital records
