Svarga Bebek Villa is looking for a Receptionist (Male) to join our team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Male
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Computer literate
• Able to drive
• Good personality with excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide professional check-in and check-out services
• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and daily Front Office operations
• Respond to guest requests and ensure a pleasant stay experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and administrative documents
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Operate hotel systems and perform general administrative tasks
• Uphold the villa’s hospitality standards and provide excellent customer service
