Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the same position is required
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written

Responsibilities:

• Perform professional spa treatments and therapies according to company standards
• Provide personalized and exceptional service to every guest
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment experience
• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products when appropriate
• Follow spa SOPs, hygiene regulations, and safety standards
