Praia Villas is looking for a motivated Reservations Executive to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Passion for hospitality and guest service
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Calm, professional, and able to work well under pressure
• Previous experience in Reservations or the hospitality industry is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily reservation inquiries through phone, email, and online booking platforms
• Assist guests with booking requests, room availability, rates, and special requirements
• Maintain accurate reservation records and update the reservation system promptly
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor reservation trends and ensure booking accuracy at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and reservation standards
