Qualifications:

• Female, aged 20–35 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist
• Certified in massage and body treatments (required)
• Good English communication skills (additional languages are an advantage)
• Well-groomed, customer-oriented, and positive attitude
• Passionate about wellness and delivering exceptional guest service

Skills & experience:

Proficient in one or more of the following treatments:

• Balinese Massage
• Aromatherapy Massage
• Thai Massage
• Deep Tissue / Sports Massage
• Hot Stone Massage
• Body Scrub & Body Wrap
• Foot Reflexology
• Facial treatments (an advantage)
  • Good understanding of essential oils and natural ingredients
  • Strong awareness of hygiene standards and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional spa treatments based on guest needs and company standards
• Create a relaxing and memorable wellness experience for every guest
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and work areas in excellent condition
• Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products when appropriate
• Work closely with the spa team to provide outstanding guest service
