Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, real estate, account management, or business development
• Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance with a strong customer service orientation
• Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to support company growth
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients and partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client support
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive strategic growth
• Achieve business development targets and contribute to overall commercial performance
