Nuju Uluwatu is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting professional to join our team in Uluwatu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant, Accounting Staff, or in a similar position; experience in Receiving is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Experienced in receiving procedures, invoice verification, and inventory documentation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel; experience with the VHP System is preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to join immediately is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Verify invoices, purchase documents, and receiving records for accuracy
• Monitor inventory documentation and coordinate with related departments when required
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end closing processes
• Support daily finance and accounting operations to ensure smooth business activities
• Perform other accounting duties assigned by management
