Miss Fish Bali is looking for an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and financial/accounting systems
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly when dealing with vendors, financial institutions, and external parties
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in managing daily finance operations
• Supervise Finance, Accounting, and Tax functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting
• Monitor budget utilization and perform variance analysis
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports and Board of Directors (BOD) presentations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on financial matters
• Perform other duties assigned by the Financial Controller (FC) and Management
