Miss Fish Bali is looking for an experienced and dynamic VIP Guest Manager to join our team in Canggu.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience handling VIP guests or premium high-value clients in VIP Guest Relations, Hospitality, Nightlife, or Luxury Service
• Previous experience in a nightclub environment with strong sales skills and excellent customer service
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Professional appearance with a service-oriented attitude

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests while ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Oversee smooth VIP section operations, including reservations, guest lists (GL), and accurate table allocations
• Develop external networking opportunities and public relations (PR) activities to expand the VIP guest database
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure an exceptional VIP experience
