Ubud Suite Home is looking for a dedicated Butler Staff to join our team in Ubud.

Category:

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Room Division is preferred
• Male candidates will be prioritized

Qualifications:

• Honest, responsible, and disciplined
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay with professional and personalized service
• Support guest check-in, check-out, and daily guest requests
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of guest facilities when required
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Follow company SOPs and hospitality service standards

Compensation & benefits:

• Daily Worker salary: Rp125.000 per day
• Service charge will be applied after 3 months of employment
