Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Butler or HK Butler
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, polite, and service-oriented personality
• Able to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service
• Willing to work in shifts and under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to ensure an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay
• Prepare and maintain guest rooms according to company standards
• Assist guests with special requests and daily needs in a professional manner
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of guest areas
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries and requests
• Follow company SOPs and hospitality service standards at all times
