Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is required
• Honest, responsible, and disciplined
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Perform spa treatments and therapies according to company standards and guest preferences
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain cleanliness before and after each session
• Recommend appropriate treatments and wellness products to guests when needed
• Ensure all spa equipment and supplies are properly maintained and organized
• Follow hygiene, safety, and operational procedures at all times
• Contribute to creating a relaxing and memorable spa experience for every guest
