- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Purchasing department with daily procurement activities
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase requests and purchase orders
- Maintain purchasing records, documents, and inventory data accurately
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment of supplies
- Support cost control initiatives while following company purchasing procedures
