Mamasan Bali is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Seminyak.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest service
- Professional attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive mindset and able to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, presentation, and taste
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work area
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements when necessary
- Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Work closely with the service team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
