Nirjhara is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Wedding & Event Sales Manager to join our team in Tabanan.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of wedding and event market trends, as well as an established vendor network
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and event planning within the hospitality industry
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Results-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and achieve wedding and event sales targets
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to event execution and post-event follow-up
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, wedding planners, and business partners
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and event agreements
• Coordinate closely with operational departments to ensure successful event execution
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities
• Represent the Nirjhara brand professionally at meetings, site inspections, networking events, and industry exhibitions
• Ensure every wedding and event is delivered to the highest hospitality and service standards
