Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities
• Good knowledge of market trends and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and business initiatives
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management
• Represent the brand professionally while delivering exceptional customer service
