Good Story Bali Villas is inviting passionate hospitality professionals to join our Pre-Opening Team as Butler Staff / Butler (Daily Worker) in Nusa Dua.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D1/D3) in Hospitality or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience as a Butler or in the Room Division department at a star-rated hotel or luxury villa
• Good understanding of hospitality service standards, particularly personalized service and VIP guest handling
• Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Professional appearance with excellent grooming and presentation
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
• Able to multitask with strong attention to detail and initiative
• Basic knowledge of housekeeping, front office, and guest handling procedures
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, polite, honest, and able to maintain guest confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests throughout their stay
• Welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and handle special requests professionally
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Prepare guest rooms and amenities according to villa standards and guest preferences
• Handle VIP guests with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and follow company SOPs and service standards
