Sun Royal Hotel Bali is looking for a motivated and passionate Guest Service Agent (Daily Worker) to join our Front Office team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in Front Office is an advantage, but not required
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, or at least able to communicate effectively in English
• Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
• Male candidates must be willing to work night shifts
• Available to join immediately

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, and reservation inquiries efficiently
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain accurate guest records and perform Front Office administrative tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service while following hotel SOPs and service standards
