Skyline Guest House Sanur is looking for a dedicated and passionate Housekeeping professional to join our team and grow with us.

Qualifications:

• Male or Female, maximum 35 years old
• Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Housekeeping position at a hotel, villa, or restaurant
• Good knowledge of cleaning procedures and room maintenance standards
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and proactive
• Willing to work on a shift schedule
• Healthy, neat, and well-groomed
• Bali domicile is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards
• Replace linens, towels, and room amenities as required
• Ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and ready for arriving guests
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and lost & found belongings to the appropriate department
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies in good condition
• Follow housekeeping SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction
