Brie Restaurant & Cheesery is looking for a dedicated Bakery Night Shift team member to join our bakery team in Ubud.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a bakery or similar position
• Basic English communication skills
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong understanding of bakery operations, food hygiene, and safety standards
• Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Available to join as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards
• Ensure consistency in product quality, taste, and presentation
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and workstations
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Monitor ingredient stock and report replenishment needs when necessary
• Work closely with the bakery team to ensure smooth overnight production and timely product availability
