Hood Villas is looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Female
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Front Office department, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly attitude
• Proficient in operating hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, VHP, eZee, or similar systems
• Good understanding of reservation procedures, guest check-in/check-out processes, and cashiering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure
• Well-groomed, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment transactions accurately
• Manage room reservations and maintain accurate guest records using the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS)
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Follow company SOPs and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and guest service
