Hood Villas is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Jimbaran.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café, restaurant, or hotel
• Good knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
• Skilled in preparing a variety of hot and cold coffee and non-coffee beverages
• Able to operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other bar equipment
• Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Well-groomed, disciplined, and a good team player
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
• Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages according to company quality standards
• Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Welcome guests with friendly and professional service while providing product recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and work area
• Monitor ingredient stock and report replenishment needs to supervisors
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations and an excellent guest experience
