Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role within a luxury hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Extensive knowledge of international culinary standards, food safety, and kitchen operations
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage food cost, inventory, budgeting, and kitchen performance effectively
• Committed to maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all culinary operations to ensure exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction
• Develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings that align with the hotel’s brand standards
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the kitchen team to achieve operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Manage kitchen budgets, food costs, inventory, and purchasing efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel events, promotions, and special dining experiences
• Monitor kitchen performance and implement continuous improvements in quality, productivity, and efficiency
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, consistency, and service across all culinary outlets
