Azure Mediterranean Beach Restaurant is looking for an experienced and visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Kuta.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Creative, passionate, and committed to culinary excellence
• Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Strong knowledge of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional standards

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all daily kitchen operations and culinary activities
• Develop creative Mediterranean-inspired menus and ensure consistent food quality
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, hygiene, and safety
• Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgets to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety regulations, and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus, promotions, and special events
• Continuously improve kitchen efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction
