Umalas Suites is looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Office Staff to join our team in Umalas.

Qualifications:

• Active English communication skills, both spoken and written
• Understanding of basic hotel services and operational standards within the hospitality industry
• Previous experience in the same position or an educational background in Tourism or Hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and public holidays
• Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and provide professional service throughout their stay
• Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and payment transactions accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation information
• Ensure the Front Office area is clean, organized, and operated according to company standards
• Follow all Front Office procedures and hotel operational standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences
