General requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 5-star hotel
• A visionary leader who is technology-savvy with excellent office administration, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and the hospitality industry
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and business partners
• Achieve sales targets through effective account management and business development activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis to support business decisions
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and sales activities to promote the brand
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
• Ensure all sales activities align with the hotel’s brand standards and business objectives
