Luxury Villa Bali is looking for a reliable and professional Reservations Team Member to join our team in Seminyak.

Qualifications:

• Good spoken and written English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and well organized
• Independent, responsible, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, booking platforms, and reservation systems
• Previous experience in hospitality or reservations is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries through various communication channels
• Process reservations, booking amendments, cancellations, and payments accurately
• Coordinate reservation details with guests and internal departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reservation records and guest information
• Assist guests with booking requests, special arrangements, and general inquiries
• Monitor reservation availability and ensure booking details are properly managed
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the company’s hospitality standards
